Commercial Driver Training

As of January 2009, persons wanting to obtain a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) must complete a training course approved by the Washington State Department of Licensing. For additional inforamtion, please visit the Washington Department of Licensing CDL Training Requirements

All courses offered by Pegasus are certified by the DOL except refresher courses, which are meant for currently licensed CDL drivers. 
In addition to the below services, We also offer customized programs for companies and individuals requiring specialized training in backing maneuvers, safety management, hours of service, and driving assessments.  Please contact our office for additional information and pricing.

Class A CDL Course
Class A training is for truck-trailer combination commercial vehicles.

Class B CDL Course
Class B is for single commercial vehicles such as buses and dump trucks (without a trailer).

Refresher Course
The refresher course has been approved by Workforce Board, a division of the Department of Licensing. This course is designed for currently licensed CDL holders in need of refresher training.

Driver Safety Training
Customized services for specific driving procedures such as backing up and parallel parking.

Pegasus currently offers flexible training schedules to accommodate student schedules. Please contact us if you have questions about scheduling possibilities, including evening and weekends.

Grievance Procedure

Student grievances will be handled first by the Training Director verbally; any grievance unresolved after being handled by the training director will be referred to the school director.
